I hereby apply for membership of Édition Réserve. If accepted, I agree to be bound by the club’s standards and uphold the values of exclusivity, refinement, and a deep appreciation for fine wine.
Please note that all sections must be completed for this application to be submitted to the Membership Committee. Any application missing information will be considered incomplete and will not be reviewed. All information provided shall be treated with the utmost confidentiality.
A clear and recent headshot must be included. A letter of recommendation from a current member is highly encouraged. Applicants without a recommendation may be required to meet with our membership team.
Membership dues are subject to applicable taxes and service fees. Your provided billing details will not be charged until your membership application has been reviewed and accepted by our Membership Committee.
This form will take approximately five minutes to complete.
